Where and how do you ship?
We currently only ship to the U.S. through USPS for free shipping, other shipping options are available for an additional fee upon checkout. You will receive an email notification from us with your tracking number to keep up with your package once your order has shipped. While we do not ship outside of the United States, we are working hard to get our products international soon! Keep checking back in.
When will I get my products?
Items ordered & paid will be shipped within 1-4 business days of your order placement. (excluding weekends & holidays) Unless otherwise noted on the product description of our website. Your order can be expected at your door 5-7 days when shipped, or sooner if you choose Expedited Shipping at checkout.
It's been longer than the expected delivery date, and I still don't have my products. Help!
Sometimes shipping may take longer due to demand or outside factors out of our control. Once your package has left 2nd KIND and with the delivery courier we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by inclement weather, address errors or unforeseen courier delays. You will be given a tracking number to stay on top of your package until delivery. We do everything we can to ensure effective delivery time!
I think my package may be lost, how can I make sure it isn't?
If for some reason you are unable to track your package, email us at email@example.com and we will help track it down for you and update you as soon as possible. In the unlikely event that a package marked as delivered is missing, we are happy to send a replacement once. Please wait 3 business days before reaching out to us. We recommend also contacting your building manager, front desk, or neighbor to assist with locating the package.
I accidentally put the wrong address to ship. How do I change it?
Simply send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours with your order confirmation number and we will try to fix it as long as your order has not left! Of course, we recommend you double check all information before confirming your purchase.
My package was damaged when it shipped and it hurt the items inside. May and how do I get a new one?
We strive to ship your package as safely as possible. The products are in glass containers and unfortunately delivery couriers aren't always careful. If your package has been severely damaged upon shipment, email pictures of the box and the products inside to email@example.com and we will help determine a solution that is right for you!
Are Taxes included in pricing?
Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. Any applicable sales tax (for TX State) will be calculated during checkout and displayed on the Order Review page.
How does billing work?
After your order is placed, we will send you an e-mail with your itemized invoice and Order Confirmation #.
I want to cancel my order?
We at 2nd KIND work hard to help you get your orders as quickly as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in the process to be shipped. This, unfortunately, means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed.
I'm not happy with my product, can I get a refund?
Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. We offer returns within 14 days of delivery back to your original form of payment. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on any return not due to an incorrect or damaged item.
Once we receive the package and inspect the product(s), the total amount minus the original shipping cost will be returned back to your original form of payment. The returned item must have at least 75% or more of the product left in the bottle/jar in order to qualify. If the product does not meet the return requirements, store credit will be issued instead. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns of partial sets at this time.
Once we receive the returned item(s) at our facility, please allow 10 business days for the return to be processed.
If a purchase is made through an unauthorized 2nd KIND retailer, we are unable to assist with a return or exchange. If you are unsure as to whether or not the retailer is authorized, please reach out to us at info@2ndKIND.com
2nd KIND does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to 2nd KIND.
Please note: We will not be able to refund the shipping cost for returns as it is directly paid to our providers.
Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and 100% natural so some variation from batch to batch is normal (slight changes in color for example). This does not have an effect on the product’s efficacy and is safe to use for the duration of their shelf-life. We suggest using the product 3-5 times before making a strong opinion about it. We strongly suggest you read our reviews, product descriptions and product ingredients before purchasing.
